Kaflingsberg turm
Kaflingsberg turm is a 55 meter high tower which has meant for observation, fireguarding and mobile service (dækning). Today it is also used as a viewing platform over the giant area of forest and different lakes. When the weather is clear you can see the towns Waren, Röbel, Neustrelitz and sometimes Neubrandenburg. The tower is 100,3 meter above sea hight and was build in 1999. The idea for the towers multiple functions was made to save costs and to limit the intervention of nature in the national park.
